How to get to Fullmoon IslandTo get to Fullmoon Island you need to have the National Pokedex. Talk to the Sailor who takes you to Iron Island. He'll ask you to get the Lunar Wing. He will also ask you to take you to Fullmoon Island. Select Yes and you will appear on Fullmoon Island. Go into the little opening and you will find Cresselia. She'll be added to the Pokedex. But she will run away from you. This is just like catching Mespirit only it's much harder. I used my Heatran when I met Cresselia. But you don't battle it on Fullmoon Island. Once you press A on it Cresselia will flee. It will also drop the Lunar Wing. Take it to the house in front of the Sailor once you get to Canalave City. Press A on the boy. He will say: Dar Dark is coming for me. He means the Pokemon Darkrai will come for him. He's having a nightmare. Once you get Mystery Gift you will have the same problem in the game. But when you get to that point you will battle Darkrai. This is a whole different story. The sailor will thank you. And he will let you go to Iron Island and Fullmoon Island whenever you want to. Cresselia is at lvl 50. Good luck.

Get the national dex and go to the sailor's house in canvalae city and you will see a boy having a nightmare. The sailor will ask you to retrieve the lunar wing in fullmoon island and to make things better you see a Cresselia which will be in your Pokedex when you see it then there is the Lunar Wing. Return to the city and use it on him. And after that, you get a chance to capture Cresselia. But she's like Mesprit fleeing from a battle.

after getting the national Pokedex you go to calanave city and go the the house with the kid and the mother. The kid is having a night mare because of darkrai.Then talk to the sailer that takes you to iron island and the sailer says he is sad and knows how to help his son.So he takes you to half moon island and cresselia will be there and press A and cressila will leave and leaves the lunar wing. Cressila will be on the Tracking roaming poketech.

first you need the national pokedex so if you dont have that you wont be able to go to full moon island. anyway, after you get the national pokedex you go to canalave city and go into the sailors house the young boy will be lying in bed and he will not be able to wake up. the sailor wants you to get the lunar wing from cressilia so he sails you to full moon island to get the lunar wing.

you have go to canalave city go to the second house below the gym ggo inside talk to the boy doo doo then talk to mama doo doo and go out side talk to the doo doo sailor and he would say can you go get a lunex feather then when there go inside the fooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorest and you would see the CRESSILIA then you would have to chase it around sinnoh like mespirit THE END
