How do you have a baby on Sims 2 for PlayStation 2?

If you mean the sims all you have to do is relax on the bed ( with both sims ) nd choose try for a baby

If you mean the pets then you have to have both girl and boy pet and then make a sim say try for puppies/kittens with then you choose the pet then they will go to the dog house. Hope it helps you

1)get a male and a female to relax in bed.(make sure that they have a daily and lifetime relationship of at least 90.)

2)then get them to cuddle/kiss/make out.

3)then u can try for baby.

4)and within 3 days the female will have a baby

I'm sorry to say you cannot only cuz the original sims were made for teens not for kids but you can woohoo, and makeout, get married, die, JUST NOT have kids, I wish we could but we can't

make your two sims relax in a bed, the with one, click on the other and select, try for a baby!! the voila your woman is pregnant and the baby comes.
