At this time there are no plans to make a second Sweeney Todd movie. There was no sequel to the book OR the musical it was based on, so a second movie does not make much sense, but we can continue to hope. :)

No because the film isn't suitable for children to have merchandise from it
When Sweeney Todd killed Pirelie (the other barber) they needed to get rid of the body so Mrs Lovett made it into a pie. It tasted good so they saw it as a good way to make money.

They dont really make them. For the movie version of Sweeney, Rubie's Costume Company offers a men's size medium as the smallest size. eBay sometimes has sellers that make custom sized Sweeney Todd costumes, so trying there might help. Although it would probably be best to make it yourself. However, there isn't a costume offered for the original Hearn style Sweeney, but that can easily be re created with a pair of old looking pants, a white shirt and suspenders.

Traditionally in the legend of Sweeney Todd, Todd (a barber) slits his victim's throats and sends them down a chute into a bakehouse, where they crack their heads/snap their necks upon landing. In some versions of the legend, the injuries are backwards where he sends them down the chute to break their heads/necks and then slits their throats to make sure. The throats are always slit with his barber razor.
"do tedys ween" is an anagram of Sweeney Todd. Sweeney Todd, aka "the demon barber of fleet street" was a famous serial killer in 18th century London who killed and robbed his wealthy customers before dropping them through the floor into his cellar. There his girl-friend used their flesh to make meat pies. Although widely believed to be a real person, this is almost certainly an urban legend. Sweeney Todd (always shortened to Sweeney) is still a part of Cockney rhyming slang. It refers to "the flying squad", a rapid response team run by Scotland Yard. "The Sweeney" was a predecessor of todays SWAT teams.
