You do not need to modify the alternator if it is working properly. The voltage regulator controls the output of the alternator and it does function at low RPMs, if all systems are working properly. So if it is not charging at low RPMs you have a problem. Most auto parts stores will check your charging system free of charge.

So far, there r none... there is a low possibiltiy that season two of angelbeats will come.
Omar Baba, Arabian owner of low cost airline FlyLo, in the 2010 BBC TV series of Come Fly With Me is a parody of the "controversial" Greek entrepreneur, Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the owner of the real life low-cost airline, EasyJet.
generally speaking, fuel consumption is higher in low gears because the rpm of the engine is higher. Performance is measured in kilometers/gallon. You have to consider that cars are designed for optimum performance when you drive at around 80 km/hr. For each car there is an optimum ratio distance/fuel consumption.
The battery light tells you the system is not charging, if it comes on at idle or low rpm it is likely a weak or failing alternator. The idle being too low can also cause it to come on.
It will idle as low as 600 rpm.It will idle as low as 600 rpm.
Have your alternator tested. They will sometimes do that when they are putting out low outputs at low rpm.
Any time an alternator is turning slowly it will not be able to create enough current to keep the voltage up. If the voltage comes back up when the engine RPM is up, that part is ok. I'd check the usual suspects for figuring out why the RPM's are down: air filter, tune-up, low compression. could be a couple of things.. did you replace your battery recently? if so you could have a weak altinator.. if you have an external voltage regulator it could be bad.. your best bet is to have the altinator checked.. its free at auto zone.. they may or may not require you to take it out..
it only studders at low rpm it runs great at high rpm or accelerating only at idle and take off rpm
any answer .......
Nitrous really doesn't care at what rpm the engine is running at, whether it be low end or high end. Whatever amount of hp the nitrous is set to add, it will add at any rpm. Although, you need to be careful because you cant overload the engine at low rpm's or you'll start breaking things.
torque is at low rpm, horse power is at higher rpm. as you gain hp, you lose torque and vice versa.
Fuel Pressure
Say when you pull up to stop light or sign and take off, engine boggs dwon until RPM's rev?
Many things can cause lag while driving at a low RPM but not at a high RPM even if it is not the vacuum hose disconnected from the EGR valve as it could be the fuel filter. It can also be the park plugs.
My guess is its vacuum related. High vacuum at idle and low vacuum during acceleration is normal. Look for a vacuum leak
