if you want to get arceus without a action replay learn how to tweek the game because i got one threw a very confusing way but just go to YouTube and look for how to tweek Pokemon pearl you may find it there.

∙ 15y agoyou have to have a friend that already cheated the azure Flute then get mistery gift from the reporters and then hit for mistery gift receive from friend then get it from him/her it is possible and ive been the only1 2 know for a while!!!!!!!!!!

∙ 14y agofirst u must did an Nintendo event and get the letter of prof. oak then head back to the spear pillar (u must have an national pokedex and got palkia and dialga) they will ask u if u want to play on an flute say yes and a stair appears go up the stairs and there he is Arceus
