Plain and simple: THERE IS NO CODE FOR ARCEUS! To get Arceus you need to unlock the mystery gift and obtain mystery gift azure flute. Sorry but there's no code.
Actually there is, and it works. I got a level 80 Arceus from this code. unfortunately my Action Replay broke.... So until I can get it working again good luck! this was just a little yes there is chat. I will return with the code.

Arceus would not be able to go into latest version of the Pokebank.
