You don't. You arent mature enough to get it until you are smart enough to get it done properly anyways...
*well that's easy heres what you do 1.you need ice2.you need a safety pen3.you need the belly button ring4.and maybe a close pen. 1st you take the ice to num it but if that don't work you take the close pen and you pinch the area you want pierced and then you wait till its num and you take some alchol and stick the safety pen it it and you take it out wipe it off and stick it right throught this will take a while but it will work but you got to keep it cleaned three times a day use antibacterial soap. wait about 2 weeks and take it out and stick the belly button ring through.
