In English: To-Shiro Hit-soo-guy-a (the -soo- is pronounced like "soup" without the P. I know it looks like you should pronounce it differently because it has "gay" in it. But "gay" is pronounced "guy" in this name.
In Japanese: To-she-ro(3 syllables; the "ro" is actually hard to explain. Its like you are swallowing the R or barely pronouncing it. Try to pronounce it like a Japanese samurai movie. Hi-tsu-guy-a is pronounced almost the same but with more emphasis on the "tsu" syllable and the syllables have changed. You pretty much say it the same ether way however if you are speaking Japanese you must place the syllables Hi-tsu-guy-a. it doesn't look like it should matter but for some reason you can tell if they are saying Hit-soo-guy-a.
