you have to be more specific but a gas tank vent solenoid is usually underneath the vehicle by the tank. The charcoal canister vent solenoid is on the charcoal canister in the engine compartment. Both are replaced with a screwdriver or sockets. (Charcoal Canister and Vent/Purge Solenoid on this vehicle are located in front of the gas tank. Mounted to the gas tank and frame under the drivers door.)

the fuel filter should be in the gas tank.... raise a jack under the gas tank loosen straps lower tank dissconnect fuel lines and slide the tank out... Twist left on the circular cap.... the filter should be right there... Repeat the process for instalklation.. Purge your fuel system afterwards.
