You will need to remove the dashboard panel in order to replace the electronic throttle control light. With the dashboard panel removed the light can be access to be replaced.
I believe it is in different places on different vehicles. The ABS speed sensor on a '04-07 Scion Xb bolts in to the knuckle assembly, and then plugs directly in to the vehicles wiring under the hood. It is held on with 1 bolt and is very simple to remove.

there's a tensioner fairly obvious on the left side of the engine. The tensioners often lose strength on these engines. they're about 15 bucks depending on where you go. loosen the bolt on the swingarm of the tensioner and remove the belt. Re route the belt the same way. When you retighten the bolt on the tensioner and it will bring the belt back to the correct tension.
The combination turn signal, cruise control, windshield wiper, and headlight dimmer switch simply plugs in. Pull the relay switch out and replace with the new switch.

How do your remove the lamp housing from a 2002 silverado driving lights? I can remove the upper head light housing but I can't get the driving light housing out.
The evaporator in the '03 Silverado is under the dash on the passenger side. Unfortunately to replace it, you have to remove the front dash. This is probably one where you will need to take it into the shop.

Connect the hoses to the new pump, plug in the electrical connectors and plug the pump back into the resevoir. Make sure to hook the cruise control back up. All the controls on the steering wheel are ran through the cruise control. By not plugging the cruise back up, you will not have a horn, radio controls, etc... Start by removing the connections for the cruise control and brake lights, then remove the bolt that holds the switch to the brake pedal. Once the brake pedal is loose the switch is held on the brake pushrod by a bushing with nylon retaining washers. Carefully remove one washer and slide the bushing out, the switch can now be removed from the pushrod. Installation is the reverse; line up the hole on the switch with the hole on the pushrod, make sure the tabs for the cruise control and brake lights are facing properly. Reinstall the bushing and replace the other nylon washer, replace the bolt and tighten. Lastly connect the brake lights and cruise control.
Replace the cruise control switch (the one with the orange light in it) The switch is a push on push off. If the little plastic gear inside the switch breaks off the switch will work like a door bell switch and will not latch on.
