Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
Hi. Is it intermittent? Is the rear fog light indicator light 'sort of' on? If so my problem is identical. I can cure it by disconnecting the rear wiper motor...so I replaced it thinking it was faulty. Guess what - the problem returned the next day! Silly boy... buy the air hose repair kit - it is a Ford part - I think about $15 - the shocks have nothing to do with the rear air suspesion - you must have a leaking air line - fix it.
I found a fix for this...Unplugging the negative battery cable for 15 minutes then reconnecting it did the trick. They both started working again. I read that it had to do with the BCM needing to be reset by killing power to it.
