Replacing a battery on a BMW is relatively simple.
1. open the trunk(that's where the battery is located, not in front)
2. locate battery, usually located on the right side underneath the plastic compartment.
3. once found, remove the connectors and take out battery.
4. go to autozone or csk or napa and buy a new one, they are more expensive than
one's on regular cars, keep in mind
5. put the new battery back in battery compartment, connect the connectors
6. put plastic compartment back on, close trunk
7. put key in ignition, start the car. you're good to go
