It depends what type of creole you want "we" to be translated in.. There are many different kind of creoles.. There is the Haiti creole, seychelles creole, mauritian creole, and many many more. Most creoles do sound familiar with each other and some words means the same. For example,the mauritian creole and the sychelles creole are like proper familiar..
