How do you start a cartoon channel?

You have to make an investment into an animation studio since you only want Cartoons in your channel. You'll get some cartoon shows in your channel but the people that create these show need to put their show on the air and that's where you come in. You must have a form that signs some of their rights of their cartoon of into your company so they wont leave you. Secondly you have to buy a channel DO NOT rent it it will cost you by the minute. Even if you own this channel you will have to pay a fee for air time to the FCC. If your company can't afford it you have to get sponsored by another company, but by doing this they will get some air time of your channel to sell their merchandise. But always remember to start out small going against something like cartoonnetwork and the Disney channel will get you killed and off the air.
