First off, do not buy no name watches. They are always cheap knock offs and you normally don't get the functionality from them that you should get. With that being said, you should NEVER set the alarm. If by some strange chance the alarm was set when it left the kid sweat shop then that's a sign the kids are acting up.
On my no-name watch...
Hold button #2 (mode) down, wait a few seconds, then depress button #4 (reset) , then depress button #3 (stop-start) to turn chime/alarm off. To turn chime/alarm on again depress #2 (mode) , wait a few seconds, while continuing to hold down #2 , depress #4 button ...turns chime on . More power to the sweatshop kids i say..i luv the watches!

It does not say in the instructions how to turn the alarm on or off but someone answered it on another website: push the 2 buttons on the right at the same time! After my husband and I spent an hour or so, each, this was so funny! It worked! Yay! No more waking up at 4:11 am! The analogue digital baby g is more difficult to switch off. get to the alarm setting by pressing the mode button (bottom left) Then press the mode and the advance buttons at the same time (the two bottom buttons.) You will see that in the bottom window shaded third of a circle will move from alm (alarm) to sig. if you press it again it will go to dst. I don't know what they stand for but that should solve the problem.
