I was in a chat-room on Paltalk where I'm a room admin,
In Paltalk, "PM" stands for Private Message. It is a feature that allows users to have private one-on-one conversations with other users without the messages being visible to everyone in a chat room.
You could try Paltalk (see related link) there are thousands of chatrooms on there - all grouped into sections. Paltalk downloads a small program to your computer, and 'auto-runs' it when you switch on your computer. Don't worry - it's perfectly safe ! You can create a profile (optional) and upload photographs (so long as they aren't obscene) You can even play music for the rest of the room to listen to ! I've been using Paltalk for years, in fact I'm an 'administrator' in one of the rooms. Each room has 'admins' who are there to help new users, and to keep order in the room.

If you need 'real-time' answers - the only thing I can suggest is - use a chat-room. Paltalk has 1,000's of chat-rooms on a variety of subjects from dating to theology. Apart from that, all I can suggest is you search the internet for an on-line enquiry service - but - they tend to want money for helping !Just in case you want it - I've added the Paltalk website to the related links. There is a small download (which is perfectlysafe !) - once you create a user-name, you're all set to go. Every room has 'room admins' - who are there to keep order. I'm on there too - as an administrator in the room 'Internationals Meet New Friends' !

Try Paltalk. The program is a short (but safe) download to your computer. Every room is moderated by its own admins. There are also 'Red Admins' who actually work for Paltalk - and they monitor the rooms to make sure they're complying with the room rating. Rooms are rates as G - for general users, R - for restricted users and A - for adults only. You can also create a 'Pal list' - where you add people you know. You can then have a private conversation with a single person, or invite others into the conversation. The private chat areas are not moderated.

A mobile file cabinet can be easily moved from room to room. This is particularly useful in office that must share one set of paper files between many people.
