Awhh :( , well depression is something that is really hard to handle, ive been through those days before and done things im not proud of. But the way I got over it was through writting my feelings, getting overly excited <like laughing>, and thinking positive no matter how hard it is. This seems hard at first, but its really go0d for you. When you laugh, your body releases endorphins which makes you real happy. Also, if you laugh around others, they laugh to0, because laughing is contagious so you'll be in a happy area. When you laugh, it brings the focus away from the stressful things or bad things on your mind. Even if your smiles or laughs are fake, eventually they will become real and you'll find yourself more silly and outgoing (:

there is more than 1 way to handle depresstion in teens or yourself. you could see a counciler, i did that and now i am feeling much better.A councler can also reacimend certain methods or things that can help find a easing point to halp you from stressing out or feeling sad. Most people dont go to councilers becuase they think its a waste of time and i am not saying they are wrong but there are ways to handle it on your own or with a friend exersize is one of the main things that makes the brain think positive thoughts, it increaes your energy level and halps you feel better. this might not work for everyone. if you have suicidal thought or thoughts of harming yourdelf talk to oyur doctor or couniler and they will find the most effective way to help you.
