Harlem use to be rough back in the 90's i was still a kid but hey. Look now East Harlem is a better place. I mean even on projects. which i happen to live in the Thomas Jefferson projects on 115th between 1st and 2nd ave. Its not so bad around at night anymore. everyone knows each other. And u just don't get robbed as u use to u just mind ur own buisness and keep walking
