The writers will often use buildings as a measurement tool. His first appearance has him jumping three stories high which is confirmed in "Spider-Man:The Ultimate Guide". Considering each story in a building is around 12 feet, that would make his jumps some where around the 36 foot mark. While the Spider-Man official guide states he jumped 30 feet in the air right after he was bitten by the radioactive spider which is consistant with the guide telling us he can jump 3 stories high.

According to "The Amazing Spider-Man," the 70's live action tv series, it was stated he can jump 30 feet in the air, which is consistent with the comics.

In "The Amazing Spider-Man" game based on the film, Spider-Man can just barely jump the length of two tennis courts. The overall size of a tennis doubles court is 36 feet wide by 78 feet long. The singles court is slightly narrower measuring 27 feet wide. Both singles and doubles courts share the same length. Which means Spider-Man can jump 156 feet long.
