It's weird because i always remember that when I was younger i used to think that a cm was huuuge, like, how tall a tree is or something. Not all trees obviously,i mean, when i was younger i thought the sink was really really tall. but like an willow tree or something, not like a massive oak tree. but when you actually use a ruler and then you see how different sizes are. like, i found a measuring tape the other day and i measured a cut i have on my thumb, that i did the otherday actually and man, it hurt so bad. i was making a cheese sandwich and i got my cheese grater out tthat i hadnt used before, and on the first cut i thought, this is an awful cheese grater, and you wont believe it but on the second go i cut my thumb so badly. i didn't have to go to the hospital or anything but it was still pretty gross and really deep. but yeah, i used the measuring tape to measure my cut, just because i didn't know what else to measure relly and it turned out it was nearly a cm, can you believe that?? so id guess that 33cm would be almost 33 of my cuts on my thumb from the cheese grater.
