His soul is resurrected in a fairly amateur incantation ritual by his ex girlfriend, Tiffany, who restores his soul that they can be together and get married as she had been of the impression that Chucky was going to propose to her the night that he got gunned down. In actuality, the ring that she had thought that he got for her, he had stolen from one of his victims that he had killed while still alive. When brought back, it becomes clear that he does not want to get married and barely likes Tiffany so she locks him up out of spite and scorn until he breaks out, kills her, and then uses the same ritual to transfer her soul from her body into the body of a Bride Doll that she had given to him as a joke thereby trapping her and making her dependant on him.

At the end Chucky and this little boy or at a fair and Chucky begins to do his chant to transfer his soul into the little boys body but is interrupted when Andy comes to save they day and pushes Chucky into a ginormous fan were he is ripped to shreds. That's basically the outline of the film.

I would believe so I mean just think about it , on seed of chucky the arm of chucky was in the box for glen . On his birthday now the ending would give you a hint.
