They look up everyone who entered, and take out the upper/middle class ones, then they narrow it down to the most deserving, and they pick randomly.
So your telling me they have enough time to look up more then 70 million people and pick through only the middle class people then choose out of those????? Man that would take along time. And how do they go about it??? Do they look up everyones tax return and only pick through the people making more then $100k a year?? Come on now!! Google how they choose a winner and there are videos about how they choose a winner and it's very fair.
