My guess is about 90 minutes. the plot was musical and also had a contrived positive vibe denouement, which the original did not. Musicals seldom ( Opera is a big exception) run beyond 90 minutes as most are light-headed to begin with- the same is true of straight comedy) Comedy in marathon sessions gets boring.
