In Andhra pradesh 15 Municipal corporations. HYD, Nizamabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Guntur, Vijayawada, Vizag, Rajhamundry, Kakinada, Eluru, Nellore, Anantapur,Tirupati, Kurnool, & Cuddapa. Now Upgrade Municipalities to Municipal Corporations are Ramagundam & Khammam. It is reaching total 17.
There are Sixteen Municipal Corporations in Andhra Pradesh. In the above shown Khammam was not upgraded as Municipal corporation by Govt of AP. Government is planning to make chittor as Municipal Corporation before Municipal elections in 2011.
