Well, this is a tricky question because an abundance of people in Africa speak Arabic. It depends on what part of Africa. Are you asking on a general basis. Because in North Africa as you know Egyptian speaks their own varaity of Arabic. In West Africa, Nigerian's speak a variety of Arabic.
I am learning Egyptian Arabic, for my own personal reasons and i can tell you an ernomous of people from Africa speak Arabic. Sorry that i cannot pin point the exact amount.
