Prison Break will have 4 seasons when it ends on May 15th, 2009. Seasons 1, 2, & 4 will have 22 episodes each. Season 3 has only 13 episodes as it was affected by the US Screenwriter guild strike. The spinoff previously discussed during season 3 about a women's prison has been shelved.

The season 4 DVD set will be released on Jun 2 in the US and on Jul 6 in the UK. Most other countries that have completed the airing of season 4 should also have the DVD available sometime this summer.

SEASON 5:

Prison Break was not renewed. There will be no season 5.
