Canada's military size is quite even to countries of the same size. Being compared to the larger military's in the world even if our countries matched their population we would be significantly smaller. Canada's army currently consists of 60,000 active soldiers and 20,000 reserves.

December 2009 estimates say about 67,000 regular force personnel and 20,000 reserve personnel.

Im not sure on exact but i`ve heard its between 70,000 to 100,000 but as of 2011 i think were nearing 100,000 now.

Currently as of 2013 there are 3 Destroyers, 12 Frigates and 4 Submarines in the Royal Canadian Navy.
