He almost dies in "meridian" but ascends at the last moment, presumed dead again in "Full Circle", His virtual avatar dies numerous times in "Avatar", He dies and asceds again in "Reckoning", another alternate version dies in "Moebius", presumed dead again in "Flesh And Blood".
