How much do you want to pay? :-) The first menu I could find for an ordinary fast-food-like Pizza place was: http://www.pizza-andiamo.com/ They have a small pizza, ice cream, and coke special for 7.50 Euros, about 10 bucks, US. I'm sure you can get them for less in a hole in the wall place. Also this place is near Paris, farther out would tend to be cheaper. They will deliver for free if they can get to your place in 30 minutes :-) Bon Appetite!

the starting monthly salary is 1320€ before tax (take-home pay is about 1220). The pay level increases neatly for bakers owning their business, which is very common (the downside being that they work a lot)

in France a meal at a regular restaurant would be in the range of 15 to 25 for most menus. A simple home-made menu is a few euros/head. A subsidized canteen menu for schoolchildren is paid about 4-5 euros by parents.

How much does a baker get paid in a week?

Bakers weren't paid by the week or even the month. If they baked for the King that was their job and they didn't get paid. They could have sold bake goods to the local monastery or market so what they earned is what they made. There wasn't "salary" in this time in history.
