Technicall it is not age rated, but 14 and up is more than sufficient. There isn't really much going on that would need worrying over. Almost everything that goes on in the anime, kids are exposed to through other shows and such, like the original xmen, original Transformers, and he man and such. They do have their share of jokes made for an older audience, but for the most part they are completely lost on those with an innocent mind and perspective.
There is no age rating or limit, you can legally watch it at any age.
