Gray Fullbuster is presumably around the same age as Natsu, which could be 17 or 18. They are at least a year younger than Erza, because she is their senior, being 19 years old. Gray and the crew should be around 24, but because of the events on Tenrou Island and because they were trapped in the Fairy Sphere, Gray, Lucy, Natsu, etc. remained to be the same age they were before Acnologia attacked.

What is the difference between Jellal and Siegrain from Fairy Tail?
Siegrain and Jellal are the same person. Siegrain is merely the thought projection of Jellal which he used to infiltrate the magic council, who later rejoined with his other half after the Etherion was fired on the R-system/Tower of Heaven. Earlier when Erza encountered Siegrain, he made up the story that they were twin brothers to explain his identical appearance to Jellal.
