There is a very accurate mathematical formula that can be used to calculate what your child's adult height will be. In most cases your child will be within + or - 1" of this calculation. The worst case scenario is that the height will be out by + or - 3".
For a boy...
(father's height in inches + mother's height in inches) ÷ 2 + 3 = boy's height in inches.
For a girl...
(father's height in inches + mother's height in inches) ÷ 2 - 3 = girl's height in inches.
This calculation has been very accurate with most of the people that I know. I grew up to be a quarter inch taller than my calculated height.
It all depends on how tall you are, if your above 5ft its a perfect weight, if your significantly below, it depends on your frame,
Yes, it is tall for a 12 year old. Boys usually hit their growth spurts around puberty and then again at 17/18 and then once more in their twenties so for a boy at age 12 he is going to be a lot taller. For a girl on the other hand it is harder to say. Most girls grow earlier so that could be as tall as she gets. Speaking from personal experience ,as a girl, I was 5'6 when I was twelve, 5'9 when I was thirteen and now I am 6'2 at seventeen so it is hard to say how tall this twelve year old will grow.
160 lbs
It is way too tall for a 11 year old
well depends what height your parents height are. probably 5ft 2
More than like likely 5ft 8in.
4ft 8in
All I know is if you are 5ft 7" and 19 years old your ideal body weight for an average build is 135lbs so im sure 5ft 8" is just a little more mabey 140ish ?
