Racial harmony will never fully be achieved because humans are prone to dislike differences between themselves. So, even if all people were the same color groups would form based on territories or beliefs and hate would propagate.
There is some hope to be found in upcoming generations though. Without any preconceived notions of how different races are, children will be more open to interaction with diverse people. An added bonus is that the more interactions one has with different people, the higher their moral development will be (the more morally good they will be).
