catch his attention in every way possable, walk by him, posobley even try to talk to him or be friends with his friends, ask someone you both know to introduce you to him, there are lots of ways if you really think about it
OMG! This soo happened to me!!!!! what i do is try to be his friend, talk to his friends or start a convo with my best friend near him, about something he might find interesting.
