Yes IASE University of Rajasthan was established as an university under

section 3 of UGC act of government of India. So it is fully entitled to issue degrees

to full time students in any field including Art, sciences, Engineering, Medicine etc.

IASE University is also known for its distance courses for a variety of reasons. It was one

of the first few universities to start Distance courses national wide in 2002. After some litigations etc finally in 2007 IGNOU, DEC, Govt of India the top bodies for recognizing Distance courses have given ex post facto approval since 2002 for all distance courses
