(Note: You need strength and surf) That's NOT the true reason why she said that. When you go to island 7, go south to the Sevault Canyon, as you keep going south, you'll see a field of grass. There's a cave to the upper left of you, and some stairs on the lower right (or upper right depending on locatoin) Go into the cave at the upper left cave. It says it's called the Tanoby Key and there should be a puzzle. Push the boulders on each of the holes you see, there will be a huge earthquake. Now, you have to go south some more (use the stairs), until you reach water. Surf until you see the Tanoby Ruins, inside, there should be unknown 'waiting for you'.
