I guess if she regretted it, the best thing for her to do is to apologize to Nate. Nate is a straightforward king of guy, and he wouldn't appreciate it if he later found out after her attempts to lie or cover it up. Nate initially would be angry and might not take her back. If so, Blair should try and repair their friendship and regain his trust. Then, she might be able to win him back.
