In Missouri can a 16 yo move from home if parents are divorced and only one parent ok's the move there is also a baby that is the 16yo's?

i don't think that you can iam 17 and i tryed that so yea but i live in Alabama but if both parents agree than yea you can but i have twins so but both parents said that it was ok

from what i understand in Missouri you are a legal adult if you have kids, meaning you can move where ever you want. I had a friend who had a kid when she was 14, she was living with her mom at the time, who didn 't want her to move in with the babys dad the police told her she could because she was a legal adult responcible for herself and her child.
