Raven, this is trues love beast boy deserves her and she deserves him Terra was just a distraction. Beast boy loved Raven always, he just thought that Raven didnt like him (which she did) so beast boy had to go with Terra but in the end beast boy and raven become lovers
Well, the comics has mostly all the info so I guess he's more into raven

in a way cause one episode Beast Boy turns into a puppy and licks her face (haha) have to LOVE BB!!!

Beast boy ends up sort of hating Terra. but when he liked her it was only a crush.
Beast boy later on falls in love with Raven in the comics.
In the show he forgets his feelings for terra then has a little crush on raven but since the show stop we can't really tell where the relationship went from there. But if you read the comics it will give you all the answers.

∙ 13y agoWell the person below is stupid and rude. Also not genre saavy in the slightest. No, They don't kiss but they should have. It's obvious Raven develops feeling for Beastboy but the person below doesn't understand the definition of reading between the lines. Probably a terra/beastboy supporter. In truth, they have more chemistry then Terra and Beastboy... and have more of a chance since Terra dumps beastboy in the end any ways. And hell, in the books the show was based off of Raven and Beastboy do hook up. Not Terra. So maybe the person below should grow up and get a little more educated.

The other Titans arrive, and Terra realizes she has control over her life and defeats Slade, throwing him into the volcano. However, the volcano is going to erupt, so she sacrifices herself to save the city. By doing this she turns to stone, until the fifth season. In the last episode of the fifth season, the Teen Titans return to Jump City after the fall of the Brotherhood of Evil. During a fight with some shapeshifting monster... thing... Beast Boy moves on, and Terra lives on as a normal high school student.

No in the end of the teen titans "beast boy" finds Tera supposedly and keeps telling her that shes a member of the teen titans but she doesn't remember anything since she was a sophomore. Slave kept telling "beast boy" that she didn't want to remember him so in the end she tells him that "The girl your looking for in in your memories" and a few people walk by her and she disappears. Oh and also that wasn't supposed to be the last episode there was another season that was supposed to be there but Cartoon Network canceled that and stopped the series.
