Are there different color India inks and can you use them for tattoos?

Technically yes, but how do you know it is true India ink...Many inks used for drafting and such have 'fast dryers' in them to cause the ink to dry without blotting...These 'fast dryers' are know to have abrasive chemicals in them that do not set well in the skin without reactions.... Also many less than honest vendors will label a permanent ink as India ink just because it is somewhat permanent....And, if you see a colored ink set that is labeled 'India' ink, it is a sham and a lie....Black is the only shade of real India ink...Hope this helps..

Is chroma Indian ink good for a tattoo?

Well it's India Ink....so no. I answer this question more often than I would like, but to address it again, India Ink is too watery of a consistency to push into the skin and not have it look like it was obviously home done with a prison "gun". Since it of a thin consistency, you have to constantly go over the same lines to make sure that there will be enough built up to where you can see what it is supposed to be, and since it is watery, a lot of it gets pushed out of the skin during the healing. Any of the ink that manages to stay in the skin will look either dull black or even somewhat bluish color wise, which cements the fact that it is a home done tattoo performed with inferior supplies. You can get real tattoo ink off of the internet for fairly cheap and you will have a tattoo that looks somewhat well done as opposed to one that looks like it was done in a bedroom with an RC motor scotch taped to a spoon handle.

Can you use eye liner ink as tattoo ink?

For the love of God...NO! If it is not tattoo "ink", which is a misnomer...it isn't actual ink, but pigment that as more akin to paint, but IS NOT PAINT, and you cannot use that either. The only thing other than actual tattoo ink that one can use would be India Ink, but this gives you poor results. Get real ink, and have a real artist do it.

Is pen ink good to use for tattoo?

Quite simply, NO! This is ink that is toxic when introduced to the bloodstream, not that you should be going that deep to begin with, but you are never to use this kind of ink. If you for whatever reason can't get your hands on real tattoo ink and real materials, at least use India Ink. The results will look quite clearly home done and will probably fall out for the most part while healing, but it is at least non-toxic to you.

What ink can you use on practice tattoo skin inplace of tattoo ink dont want to wast the real ink of fake skin?

Usually I would be recommending people NOT to use India Ink, but if it is just for practice on fake skin, the India Ink will be more than satisfactory. Since what you are tattooing is more akin to plastic than skin, it won't bleed like it would in the skin, and will allow you to hone your lining skills.
