No. There are quite a few dirty references and swearing, and material that is pretty much considered inappropriate for children under 13 or 14. 13 or 14 is a better age to watch Family Guy, whereas The Simpsons would be acceptable, in my opinion, at 12.
Family Guy. Family Guy, most definitely. Of course these two comedies are designed for two different mentalities. Family Guy appeals to the shot in the crotch mentality and The Simpsons appeals to a thinking person. There is also some crossover in the type of humor but they are predominately as described. The Simpsons. The Simpsons, most definitely.

One of the "rules" of the Simpsons is that the family doesn't age; Bart has been 10 for over 20 years now! Occasionally, there are "flash forwards" showing Maggie as an adult.
Probably 14+
Because they're yellow and never age.
Yeah why shouldn't they it's a 12 so what I have watched it since the age of 4 Me to I watch it since i was a little kid
Not really, I was watching The Simpsons when I was 10. There are a few swear words but otherwise, it is pretty suitable for 10 year-olds.

Yes! Its brilliant. I don't know anyone who doesn't like the Simpsons. If its ever on I watch it. The Simpsons movie is brilliant as well. Although it was once an extremely good show that anyone of any age would laugh at, for the past 10 seasons Matt Groening has just ran out of ideas, using terrible jokes only 3-10 year olds will laugh at.

At 14 years of age, but you need a work permit (outside of family).
