Some parts of Africa have been westernised, but most of Africa isn't. Africa has many countries and there are many cultures in them. To ask if the entire continent has been westernized or not is pretty broad. Even parts of North America and Europe haven't been Westernized. You'd have to consider what it means to be Westernized as in culturally, socially, or technologically, etc. It'd be an easier question to answer if you could specify in what way or and what region. To try to answer the question, many different parts of Africa have been at some time been subjugated to colonial rule and be converted into Western settlements or colonies, but that was around the 17-20th Centuries. After the removal of the European powers, much of Africa had been controlled by totalitarian regimes. In a way, you could say the majority of the people there are too poor to be Westernized right now, but there are concentrated Westernized nations like South Africa, Egypt. While countries like Somalia, parts of Sudan, even Tazania have modern technology, but they can't be considered socio-culturally a Western nation. So it really depends on how you want to measure it.
