In fact, i think she is faking as in episode 1, she knew aria was in the toilets when aria said nothing, yes maybe the doctors is on with the plan, maybe the doctors faked the operation, in series 2 she was walking with no stick but with the glasses, she could catch the flies. Its all her big wicked plan, She can see, and sometimes she might make it obv but thats it!
