Not really. Lucius Malfoy was brought up to believe that pure-bloods were the only worthy ones and even half-bloods weren't that good. He only joined the Death Eaters because he wanted some power and authority but as the series progresses he starts to regret this, along with his wife and son. He is scared of Voldemort and know he will be killed if he leaves the Death Eaters which is why he doesn't fully, but he gives up fighting in the battle and looks for his son instead.
Afterwards, Harry helped clear the Malfoy family name because Narcissa saved his life so he trusted them, a little at least.
