∙ 13y agoOfficially, no. Vitani herself never acknowledges Scar not one time as her father in the movie and the Lion King IIfilmmakers never confirmed that she was Scar's daughter. In one deleted scene, Nuka asks where Scar is and Vitani replies, "Scar's dead, genius!" Notice how Vitani didn't remark, "Dad's dead, genius!" which would confirm Vitani is Scar's daughter. However, the deleted scene may not apply to the final film as it was cut from the movie so it is left up to fanfiction and speculation.
