below is a MSDS on mineral oil if ingested
IF INGESTED: Do NOT induce vomiting because of aspiration hazard. If victim is conscious, give 1 to 3 glasses of water or milk and contact physician or Poison Control Center. May act as laxative.
i checked over on the MSDS for synthetic oil and the consensus of it is harmful if ingested. so i would have to say YES
A mixture of mineral oil containing synthetic oil is harmful if ingested. do not induce vomiting, drink 2 glasses of water, and getting medical attention is required if you do.

Mica. It works well, it is not harmful to the skin, and it is inexpensive.
Isohexadecane is not classified as a mineral oil; rather, it is a synthetic hydrocarbon derived from petroleum. While mineral oil is a byproduct of refining crude oil and consists of a mixture of alkanes, isohexadecane is specifically a branched-chain alkane with a defined structure. It is often used in cosmetics and personal care products due to its emollient properties and low toxicity.
A lab-created diamond is not classified as a mineral in the traditional sense, as minerals are naturally occurring inorganic solids with a defined chemical structure. While lab-created diamonds have the same chemical composition and physical properties as natural diamonds, their synthetic origin distinguishes them from natural minerals. Thus, while they share similarities with natural diamonds, they do not fit the strict definition of a mineral.
Africa's minineral resources are both beneficial and harmful to the africanes for the following reasons. first, it improves the economy. the reason why ut's harmful is because it creates VIOLENCE. (PS, when u think of diamonds, do u think of sparkley, shiny, crystal-y, even engagement ring feeling-y, or do u think of VIOLENCE. yeah, burst outs the bubble, right? lol :))
yes it is a mineral

The three main types of lubricants are mineral oil-based lubricants, synthetic lubricants, and semi-synthetic lubricants. Mineral oil-based lubricants are derived from crude oil, synthetic lubricants are chemically engineered for specific applications, and semi-synthetic lubricants are a blend of mineral oil and synthetic components.
It is called synthetic as opposed to natural.
No, it is found in mineral ores such as thorianite.
Basically no Adding mineral to synthetic oils destroys the characteristics of the oil. Adding synthetic to mineral is waste of the more expensive synthetic oil with the same results as above. If you have to mix in emergency, get a complete oil change ASAP. You can use either mineral or synthetic oil for the same application but not mixed. Synthetic oils in cars is now used as it gives longer service intervals- typically 12 months or 12,000 - 20,000 miles. Mineral oils break down quicker and require changing more frequently 6 months or 6,000 - 10,000 miles
No. As it is synthetic it is man-made. A mineral must be naturally occurring and have a crystalline structure (among other requirements). Synthetic opal does not meet these criteria.
Sure. But never mix the two. If the crankcase has synthetic in it, only top it up with synthetic, and vice-versa.
No, synthetic gems are not minerals. Part of the definition of a mineral is that it is found in nature, not created by man.
Most oil is natural, especially if it is not mineral oil. However it is possible to make a synthetic oil.
No, gold is a naturally occurring mineral element.
It is conventional oil and contains no synthetic oil. 3000 & 5000 are part synthetic and part conventional. 7000 is a full synthetic oil.
