Many people are sick and tired of it. Most people do tire of the cold weather this time of year (January, February). It is a lack of light as well as the lowered temperatures that make you feel down and tired of carrying a coat and all the other winter "baggage". People get "cabin fever" from having to stay inside so much, too. It is why there are so many "snow birds" who travel south for the winters in the US.
