This is an option. To turn it off select main menu when it goes "this Disney DVD is enhanced with Disney fast-play..." or press the main menu button at any time.
Yen Sid is in his tower at the beginning of the game. You get there by going to Twilight Town, to the train station. I'm pretty sure it's there. Or at the Sunset Place train station. Either way, you have to go to Twilight Town to get there. You may have to do something else to trigger the cut scene that allow you to board the train. After you get the Timeless River world, Yen Sid is either in the Disney Castle or he disappears. (I can't quite remember which) If you meant Cid, the Final Fantasy character, he's in Hollow Bastion, in Merlin's House, usually.

It is not a strict representation of either style, but rather a romanticized fairy tale interpretation of various historical architectural features.

Depends on the dog --- all mixed breeds are strictly individuals. A "morkie" is not a breed, it's a mix of Maltese and Yorkshire Terrier. The resulting puppies can have either the high-spirited Yorkie temperament or the milder one of the Maltese.
One may purchase a Disney toy car either in a Disney Store- that is, one with a physical location, or online at the Disney website where you will be able to see the full range of Disney cars that are available.
