Nope, or at least not yet who knows what might happen.
Yes more than he loves his own life Hisana was the dearest to his heart and soul .
One major belief of Hinduism is Karma: the ideal that one is reincarnated, that is, reborn after death, in a higher or lower status than their previous life, based on the good or bad deeds their previous life did. For example, a petty thief may be reborn as an ant or a sewer cleaner, whereas a virtuous noble could be reborn as a prince or a multi-millionaire.
Kuchiki Hisana is the deceased wife of Kuchiki Byakuya, and deceased sister of Kuchiki Rukia. Hisana had a very strong resemblance to her younger sister, Rukia Kuchiki. She was, like Rukia, short and petite with short, black hair and pale skin. Also, her eye color was the same as Rukia's: purple with a hint of blue in them. But the strand of hair in the middle of Hisana's face was shorter, and more frayed at the end. She was also seen smiling more often than Rukia, thus having a more soft-looking face, contrasting to Rukia's hard and mostly emotionless face. Though Hisana was only shown in the series for a short amount of time, she was shown to be a kind woman. She was caring and loving. Hisana was soft-spoken, and didn't speak too often. This is in sharp contrast to Rukia's outspoken and somewhat temperamental nature. Hisana also felt very guilty for leaving Rukia behind to save herself, feeling that she didn't deserve to be called her sister. She loved Rukia greatly, but could not care for the both of them. She was forced to abandon her baby sister, Rukia, in the 78th district of Rukongai, in order to survive. She married Byakuya sometime after. The people of the Kuchiki clan were against their marriage, as marrying someone of Rukongai was seen as the wrong thing to do in the Kuchiki family. Hisana spent every remaining day of her life searching for Rukia. Hisana later died of illness on the spring of the fifth year of her marriage to Byakuya. On her death bed, she asked Byakuya to find Rukia and adopt her into the clan, but not to tell her she was related to her, as she considered herself unworthy to be her sister. Also on her death bed, she apologized for not returning his love and said that the last five years she spent with Byakuya passed like a wonderful dream.
Yes.Deep in his heart. But not as in LOVE LOVE Byakuya LOVE LOVE HisanaYes, as a sister of corse! But not in love. He loved his wife. Then she died. AWWWWWW!!! *spoiler alert!* Byakuya's wife was Rukia's older sister.Well, the other two answerers really like to...'express' themselves, but yes, Byakuya made a promise to Hisana kuchiki that he would take in Rukia and protect her, but during the time of Rukia's execution he was confused whether or not to keep the promise he made to Hisana or keep his loyalty to Soul society intact.
No! thats his sister in law and he cares about her deep in his heart. And byakuya saved her life 4 times. He prmised his wife hisana (rukia's older sister) that he would protect her. Even though he told ichigo that he will kill her and wont save her because it's against the law, ichigo says if he was byakuya he would fight that law. So no i dont think byakuya has ever hurt rukia

They believe in rebirth, and regeneration after death. But they say that all non-Hindu's are not reborn but a Hindu could be reborn as anything.
They go through a rebirth process, to be reborn as something else. What they are reborn as depends on the good and bad deeds they did in their previous life.
I read a lot and what i read is that it IS POSSIBLE that you do get REBORN If your really wise and smart that means you have lived MANY life's before and you will NEVER remember them but YES we get REBORN but not right when you die it can be but then you can be reborn YEARS LATER but a different person.

You wouldn't know unless you are reborn as a human or if you meet someone who was human in the previous life. If you are reborn as a less intelligent being, you would not be able to comprehend rebirth.
