Yes and no, in their battle during the soul society arc Ichigo defeated Renji but renji has bon-ki now and that may have made him stronger. Also Renji is practised in kido (Demon Magic) where Ichigo is not. In my opinion Ichigo is stronger only because he is half hollow.

i don't agree because if u get further in bleach episodes ichigo gets his bankia and he have his hollow form and renji just have his bankai and ichigos hollow form gives him immense power so i think ichigo is better

Personally I think Goku would easily kill Ichigo in an actual battle. Ichigo may be a Soul Reaper (or technically a shinigami) but he doesn't have the experience Goku has. Goku has been fighting since he was only a child, and Ichigo barely fought ever since he was 15. I know that in Bleach, Soul Reapers are not even suppose to be visible to humans, but Goku is a Saiyan and he would be able to sense his spiritual pressure (or power level) if he came near. Goku has accessed many possible transformations (SS4 for example) and even saved the Earth from being destroyed several times single-handed. Ichigo has required help from his friends many times before, so by himself, I honestly don't think he'd be able to save the world. Ichigo DOES have many attacks and even transformations, like Bankai, but that would still not match the power of SS4. If you have watched DBZ before, you'd know that Goku's Spirit Bomb could easily destroy an entire planet. Ichigo's attacks could barely cause a crater, giant hole, or even a wasteland, but they wouldn't be able to cause that much damage on a global scale. So, to end your question, Goku would easily win, even if Ichigo is a Soul Reaper, because he is an experienced Saiyan with tons of transformations and could destroy an entire planet if he wanted to. Plus, Goku was voted as the strongest warrior in Shonen Jump history, so that kind of officially proves it.

Ichigo may be strong but he is not the strongest. His father is much better than him. For example, he was able to take down an arrancar without even releasing his shikai. Another exceptional shinigami is Urahara-San or Yamamoto Shigekuni Genryūsa-Taichou. There is also Kenpachi Zaraki, how has a lot of Spirtual power.

In all technicality, Ulquiorra is stronger than Ichigo. Before Ichigo turned into a Hollow, Ulquiorra was easily beating him up. Only when Ichigo became a Hollow did he defeat Ulquiorra.
